Antony Doherty
Director and Senior Accountant
Antony became qualified in 2007 and started ADAS with one client, incorporating and becoming Lumbview Accounts Ltd in 2013. He has slowly grown the team and the client base over the last fourteen years, creating a friendly, understandable accountancy practice. When not running the practice, he enjoys keeping fit by running and hiking, creating masterpieces in Lego with the help of his son and reading business books and fantasy fiction.
Toni Dodd
Semi Senior CIMA Accountant
Toni joined the company in December 2011 and has helped to grow the practice. She now looks after all VAT clients and signs off the monthly management accounts. She uses her skills to break down the figures and help clients improve profitability. When not working on the VAT return service and accounts she likes to spend her time reading, taking care of lots of pets, and finding new crafting hobbies to become obsessed with!
Alfie Percy
Semi Senior ACCA Accountant
Even though Alfie joined us straight from school four years ago, he’s proven his dedication and drive time and time again, taking on more complicated jobs and managing client expectations. Even though he is in his first year of the ACCA qualification, his experience within the practice, coupled with his natural ability, have led to him taking over a portfolio of clients and climbing the ranks through the practice quickly.
Maggie Fong
Senior Payroll Manager
Maggie started with our practice in November 2020 as our first, work-from-home position. This suits Maggie as she has a young daughter, and it allows the flexibility to look after her family whilst providing an excellent payroll service to the clients. Maggie has many qualifications and great experience that add massively to our wealth of skills and knowledge in the practice. Maggie has great potential to take on a more senior role when the time is right.
James Potter
Junior Book-keeper
James came from a background of working in the finance department for small businesses so has a fresh perspective on client figures. Since starting in April 2021 he has approached every task set with enthusiasm and a hugely positive attitude. He has learnt quickly and in utilising his excellent qualities, he has impeccably supported the team to achieve our goals, and it won’t be long before James is fully qualified and managing his own set of clients.
Apprentices, Kick starters, and Work Experience
As a practice, we believe in training young, local talent to be as good as they can be while providing them with the appropriate training to achieve what they want from their career. By utilising apprentices, individuals through the Kickstart scheme, and young work experience candidates, we keep fresh ideas and approaches coming into the team whilst advancing under our own vision and culture. We have several of these individuals working with us at present with the view of them becoming fully-fledged team members.
